Welcome to the Dingwall Lab! The Dingwall lab is located in the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center, Stritch School of Medicine, Loyola University of Chicago. The lab is focused on understanding the molecular, genetic, and epigenetic mechanisms involving chromatin remodeling and histone post-translational modifications that govern normal animal development. Perturbations of these pathways are implicated in a multitude of cancer types, including aggressive childhood rhabdoid tumors, lymphomas, and leukemias. |
